Alice Jamieson is a Policy Officer at the Wellcome Trust, the UK’s largest charitable foundation dedicated to improving health. She works on a diverse range of topics such as pandemic preparedness, global health governance and good research practice.
Before joining Wellcome, she was a Policy Adviser at the Royal Society working on emerging technologies, including a major policy project on cybersecurity. In 2013, she was part of the team that organised the first TEDx event at the Royal Albert Hall, which explored how art and science fit together in the modern world. She also completed her MSc in Science, Technology and Medicine in Society around the corner at Imperial College.
